To play well we practice endlessly, repeating the same asymmetric movement patterns again and again. In small doses these simple movements don't seem to matter. They do. Over weeks, months and years nearly all golfers develop back, knee, hip, wrist, and / or elbow pain (the list goes on). ForeFit is the first ever strength and conditioning program designed to correct these issues.

Who we are
To help golfers understand the physical limitations that stop them from enjoying the game at a higher level. Once understood we can start to correct those limitations, improve performance and longevity.
We built the first ever training program to address and correct the specific issues golfers face. Our program works to correct compensation patterns, increase power, balance and joint mobility.
Like you, we spent years pursuing this great game. Hours of practicing and repeating. It wasn’t until later in life that we learned what it had done to us. We spent the next 10 years developing a program to correct the past and we want to share it with you.
